"Amazing property with great breakfast"

Amazing variety for breakfast and easy access to the beach. Ideal for a family stay with well organized rooms.

Dining space for the restaurant is small, you might have to wait if it gets busy.

"Comfortable stay in Beruwala"

Very nice. We were upgraded to a Director’s suite with no extra charge. Very comfortable stay. The member of staff named Priya was very courteous. She showed us all the facilities in the room. We enjoyed the food. The hotel made us feel very comfortable. We would love to go back again.

There is nothing we don’t like in the hotel.

"Ok stay"

Large room, good breakfast, buffet for dinner was ok

Mouldy smell in the room, very high prices for food and drink (prices misleading as shown without taxes), 'approved' taxi/tuk tuk guy outside main hotel door asked for 80 dollars to get to airport (pick-me app was 32 dollars....), very dirty beach with no hotel amenities, not much amenities nearby, Symphony restaurant not good and very expensive for Sri Lanka:(. Hotel dated in parts.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay at Eden Beruwala. The team gave us a warm welcome, and we were pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade (subject to availability) — the room had a beautiful sunset view. Since we booked through Booking.com, we also received a 20% discount on dinner at the à la carte restaurant, which was a nice bonus. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, and the buffet spread was quite good as well. Also need to mention that the staff was also very nice and supportive.. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place for a relaxing stay

"Good for families, expensive F&B, friendly staff, outdated"

The property is a large resort. Well appointed with a large pool and swim up bar. The staff are friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast is varied and large.

The property is dated and need an upgrade. Some of the rules and regulations are very outdated. Charging extra for an additional key card, pool bar closes early at around 7pm. Prices are honesty high compared to other parts of Sri Lanka, but that seemed to be the case for all of Bentota: I think there is a cartel like arrangement between the tourist restaurants and hotels to keep prices at a standard high prices. The beach outside the hotel was littered with rubbish and is a public beach, with no hotel amenities.

Everthing! The rooms were spacious, well equipped and comfortable. We got a beautiful sea view room. The staff was the game changer though. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Excellent customer service
