It was in a very good spot, in old town. The apartment was big and cozy

Great space and very friendly welcoming ! Huge apartment and living quarters. Always warm and during the nighttime with full on heating for winter cold days! Hot water was not coming all the time.

Hot water boiler for showers needs to be checked. Water pressure needs to be checked. Cannot shower at the same time.

Beautiful apartment in main square where the Christmas market located. The apartment also has xmas decor. Clean and full kitchen facilities. One of the double bed room is at attic with stairs but has living area and bathroom. The whole apartment is on 1st Floor with stairs. Glad that the staff help with our luggages

Very easy to collect the keys and they were in the restaurant that was below the apartment. Perfect location just on the square, but really quiet as slightly set back. The square itself and surrounding streets have plenty of great restaurants.

The top floor of the apartment had heating, but the radiators didn't get that warm. The other floor was really warm.

The kitchen appliances didn't look like they were working. Very few towels, very little light.

The apartment itself looks lovely. The furniture is beautiful, even though everything is quite squeaky when you walk.

We got there and it was a mess. Beds weren’t changed, trash still in and used glasses and towels around. They didn’t even enter the apartment before we got there. We checked in at around 4 pm, so well after the minimum of 2 pm. I called and after 30 minutes they called the cleaning lady to clean and they said it would take another 30 minutes. It wasn’t done in 30 minutes, but an hour. When you go travelling for one night and want to make the most of it it really messes up your whole day, waiting around for them to do the bare minimum when you rent out on booking. Very unprofessional, don’t recommend. Their first answer was there’s no way, the lady surely was there. I had to insist.
