It's far from cab drop location There is no helping hands for customers.. No one came to help wd d luggage... They dint have good food options for breakfast, lunch, dinner.

I dint like their management...they were not cooperative at all...they would say NO to every possible way... Smelly, unhygienic rooms... Won't visit again fr free...

The location of the hotel, the views and the staff.

Reaching the hotel is a bit difficult, the room wasn't so clean and the sink faucets are separated to hot and cold so you can't get the temperature you want.
