Each room with outdoor spring, which was great.

Public bath was not too clean. Front desk service was not too friendly.

House is good with comfortable beds and private onsen bath. Meals are delicious.

Public bath is not equipped well and shower water is not hot enough.

Make sure to have the dinner/breakfast included. It’s essentially fine dining and they cater to your kids (dinner only) and when you stay multiple nights the menu is changed for you. Food quality and presentation is phenomenal. Staff very friendly and helpful at the restaurant.

Location isn’t great but you come here to get away from civilisation and just relax.

I could hear the bird singing. The wind was blowing. Quiet place to rest and relax. Best dishes even in Japan. The service was also the second to none.

Literally in the nature! Sometimes difficult to connect to the internet.

The room was spacious, the private bath was fantastic, and the food was excellent. More importantly, the staff could not have been more patient and kind despite our extremely limited Japanese language skills.
