"It could have been better. Room was nice, as well as indoor onsen."

Unfortunately we could not dine at their main restaurant. We were only told it was full when we arrived, not when they confirmed our reservation. We ended up at their canteen which served mediocre dishes.

Food is very good. But, check in staff is poor. facilities is soso. this is second time choice next time not choice(facilities, staff, comfort...) restaurant staff(chef, surv...)is very good.

facilities is old. check in staff is poor(language is not communication, nippon, english, korean..)
