Понравилось расположение отеля, отсутствие шума (отель небольшой и постояльцев немного), а также хорошая цена за номер. Администратор отеля всегда шла навстречу, если мы приезжали раньше и оставляли вещи до заселения.

Clean. Comfortable. Very helpful staff

Short Yandex ride to most things. Very clean. Young lady working was great. Outsized value for the price. Having a fridge, microwave and kettle was great for saving money, though Kazakhstan is already quite cheap relative to Europe and North America. Room was set up well with lots of hangers that helped us be able to wash our clothes and hang them out to dry. Things were new and not run down, which was a treat given the low price and what I found in some other cheaper spots in Kazakhstan.

There was some kind of constant heat in the room and we had turn on AC whenever we were there. If you're sensitive to dry air you'll definitely want to make sure you always have washing out drying to provide some moisture with that double whammy.

The room is spacious and clean, the rooms open up to a balcony so you’re able to get fresh air and let light in. The staff were nice and helpful. The restaurant next door was so yum!! We enjoyed our stay.
