Just a clean comfortable room, the hosts were great, all smiles and laughs. Location was close to the beaches and restaurants etc. Great for just wandering into town for a look around.

Only a suggestion, but a small fridge in the room would have been perfect.

A really comfortable place, very clean. Pretty big rooms just as shown in the picture. Ajit was very helpful, in addition to serving us with tasty coffee in the morning. A lady in the neighborhood, Ms. Neha, served delicious authentic home cooked food which was totally reasonable.

The property is amazing. All tourist spots are nearby. Chiwla Beach is 1.5km. Jai ganesh Mandir is 500m, Jetty to Sindhudurg fort is also under 1km. Big and clean rooms, amazing caretakers. Ajit and Shekhar made sure our stay was as comfy as possible. Scooty, Airport to and fro transfer was all arranged at a reasonable cost by the caretakers. They also went out of their way to set up the decoration for my wife's birthday. Thoroughly enjoyed the week long stay. Would recommend this 200%.

The best thing about the property, I feel is the location. Every tourist spot like the Sindhudurga fort jetty, Rajkot, Chiwla beach, Rock garden and also the market is at a distance of 10-15 mins. 2nd best thing is that the property is really cute and pretty, ACs are there which are a must in the coastal areas. The rooms are nice and large. The staff is helpful and patient. You will only get tea on the property, you will have to arrange for lunch, dinner and heavy breakfast, for which there is a lady right opposite to the property with whom you can co-ordinate to get home-cooked food, even otherwise lot of restaurant's are available around the property. Now the biggest con is that, especially during the rainy season and especially when there are thunderstorms or lightening there are major power outages across the town, this you should keep in mind while visiting any village in kokan/malvan area. So it's not the owner's or the staff's fault, but just something to bear in mind before planning your trip

Staff needs reminding to clear out the dustbins. Also should have replaced the bedsheets. But once you tell them, they do it immediately, so it was fine.
