This is out second visit to OSI this year. Location is excellent and minutes walk to hospital and you get daily (bread cheese eggs) groceries nearby. Near to Hill Road for shopping and good restaurants. Facilities like dual AC really helps keep us comfortable. Kitchen ia also well equipped. Special mention again to Minku Singh for making our stay memorable by: 1. Going extra mile to take our daily deliveries 2. Cleaning house as per our needs 3. Available at any time upon calling 4. Making our check in swift and keeping our luggage early morning. Booking staff Aatish and Yogesh also very helpful. We will always come back to OSI whenever we are coming to Mumbai.

Beds are very large and comfy for two persons. The mattress is a little beaten though due to use. It sinks in with our weight and needs replacement soon. The room AC fan makes some random noises which can break your sleep if you are a light sleeper. I am sure these minor issues can be quickly corrected.

Very responsive staff. They provided is extra chairs and a small table though there was no place to keep them.Great location

Extremely cramped. Ground floor location with nil windows/ ventilation. Access challenging for elderly via car park/garage with steep incline.I understand they they have upper /better floors but we were offered this option (stay for 2) which was substandard.

The apartment is well-maintained and clean. We liked everything about it. We had booked two apartments, both located in the same building. However, I would give a slight edge to the one on the 4th floor compared to the 1st floor. Both were nice, but the top-floor apartment had a better view and two bathrooms. Of course, I must mention the caretaker, Minku Singh. He was very polite and took care of the cleaning and our regular needs efficiently and kindly.
