Size and toilets were good

Beds and pillows could be better very important harder sturdy pillows and mattress

Location is excellent. staff is good. The Room is neat and clean. Bedding is comfy and clean like hotel.

There are 2 glass doors in the ground floor studio which I believe was supposed to be a shop. One is the entrance door to the so called studio, it had an opaque glass door and there is another glass door at the side which was transparent. But good thing is, it had dark curtains.

The property is similar to what is shown in the pics and they are clean and the team was easy to deal with. Property caretaker Minku Singh was good and active he was available whenever we called him and explained the usage of the house facilities. Located in Bandra just across lilavati hospital is the best with plenty of eatery joints at walking distance.

Access approach to the building is not easy. But we managed to get a mini bus apart from cars and auto rickshaws to the building entrance. Few minor upgrades like bedding and cutlery needs to be upgraded to make the stay comfortable.

Location is good. The Host Mr Minku was very friendly and helpful.

Good Location. The caretaker Minku Singh was very helpful with a constant smile. The place was kept tidy.

Some amendments can help improve the experience: - The AC in the living area was not working, but the mechanic was called out, and it needed a part replacement. - The towels could be upgraded... although clean towels are available, the towels seemed worn out and could be replaced by better quality towels. - Some items have not been well thought through: - The microwave is placed too high and can be a hazard when removing hot food. - the wire for the water kettle is short and so you need to keep the water kettle on the gas stove if you want to use it - which means you cannot operate the gas at the same time (this is because appliances have a different plug and the number of plug points are limited) - while there is a microwave, most of the dishes provided are aluminium and so cannot be used in the microwave - Only one of the appliance plug points (of 2 available) was working, so you had to decide between using the washing machine or the water kettle or the microwave. - An ironing board would be good rather than using a table to iron. - The iron needs to be replaced as the wire is splitting, which makes it hazardous. - The entrance to the build is dangerous for elderly, as well youngsters, when wet as it has quite a steep slope.

the rooms are very clean and hs attached Bathroom and Kitchen, the kitchen is well equipped and ready for use.

The room as less plugs to use electronic items and the room I stayed in was at ground/basement floor, it was near the garbage dumping, which made me bit uncomfortable
