The operators (appearing to be a husband and wife team) are very hard working to keep the place up. Very respectable. Food at breakfast was good.

Room rather large, bed was fine, very very clean room and hallways. The female assistant at reception is a very nice helpful person.

Neon lights only in the room, room temp 29 !! degrees first day, second day 26 degrees. No turning down. Breakfast from 7 till 9 only, after nine E 10.00 surcharge !! ?? Stickers on the minibar (with only water) that taking without paying is theft (yes it is, but the water costs only Euro 0,30 at the shop across the street and for a E 100,00 room fee, you might consider water for free). The area around the hotel is becoming more and more a ghetto, garbage piled up, no cleaning by the city. I have been in Novara (and this hotel) many times but the city is going downhill fast, and this hotel as well.
