Shower was a little complicated. Moving from hotel to hotel, easier is better. Also, booking said they didn't accept my time for checking, yet they did. If I would have seen this before arrival it would have caused confusion.

Staff were excellent, especially the young lady at front of house that doubled as the bar staff too! The room was an excellent size and seemed fairly modern too. Bed was extremely comfortable. The room was clean and housekeeping did a good job each day.

The electrical fittings need a refresh. The bedside lights were utterly useless and almost coming out of the wall. The aircon controls were broken. The bathroom, whilst mostly good, had a broken shower door (the rail/runners were broken) and the shower thermostat was almost impossible to turn sometimes.

The room was comfortable and the breakfast was outstanding! It was the best of all the "breakfast included" hotels we had visited in our trip to Italy.

Can't think of anything that would have made our stay better.
