Échanges très facile avec la logeuse qui est est vraiment réactive. L appartement est très propre et bien placé. Il est situé au premier étage de l immeuble (escaliers) et bénéficie d un accès à une petite cour commune. Les lits sont confortables.

La clé doit être récupérée à une autre adresse qui se situe à environ 1 km de l appartement, mais cela se fait assez facilement au final. Certaines fenêtres non isolées phoniquement donnent sur une rue piétonne animée de Rovinj (d où le très bon emplacemen).
