Perfect little apartment right in the heart of the town. Perfect location! Loved it

The location was amazing. Right off a main little alley, just beautiful. Lovely little courtyard to sit in. Plus, it has real, fabulous, air conditioning!

We drove to get the keys. Rovinj is not fun to drive, very narrow streets (so narrow I had to push in the side mirrors. We also couldn't find parking, parked late at night and parked at the hotel parking. OUCH! Super expensive!

Everything was perfect! Really comfortable apartment, clean, good vibe, the best location and value for money!

I would like to stay one night more🙈

Location/privacy is fantastic: the main street of old town, facing yard, very quiet, private patio with a beautiful old fashioned secured well. The apartment was impeccably clean and ready. Spacious bedroom and bathroom, small fully equipped and functional kitchen, cable tv, wifi, air-conditioning, cleaning supplies, drying rack. Information about various services, from laudry to taxi, on display. Lovely welcome gift (coffee pods, chocolates, mint liqueur, and a water bottle) on the table. The owner is the nicest and the most welcoming guy we have encountered during our trip. He was kind enough to organize our transportation (which we also highly recommend as it's an affordable and pleasant ride, and the driver is a very, very nice guy). We highly recommend this place. It's absolutely gorgeous!

The location was perfect in the middle of town. Easy check in. Even it was late reaching the city, but the owner was OK and arranged everything.

Nothing, all was perfect

The property’s location was great, it was close to the city center. It was well equipped, clean. The kitchen even had oil and cooking gadgets. The bigger beaches are 20-25 minutes away.

One of the rooms did not have air conditioning (it was in the apartment but there were two rooms and one air conditioning wasn’t enough). The bed only had one big pillow ( I would use a smaller one) and the floors were cracking a little bit. You could even hear the other people in the buliding, but it wasn’t too bad. One drawback could be that it doesn’t have parking place.

We could have used a shelf in the shower. No microwave if anyone needs
