La Vela

Good location within the Old City of Rovinj and walkable to Intercity Bus Terminal with many eateries around.

Unfriendly owner and difficult to communicate. My messages were ignored several times. If my requests cannot be fulfilled, the owner could just inform me instead of ignoring me. Troublesome having to pick up key at different location where is not nearby to the property.

Perfect location in the middle of Rovinj. Located in the pedestrian zone, just a few steps away from the harbor, all the restaurants and the old town. Very clean and all amenities available for a comfortable stay. Comfortable bed and separate sofa, that can be converted to a double bed. Nice bathroom and well working shower. Parking as described not available, but public parking about 5 minutes away.

Due to very central location and age/construction of building neighbors can be heard, also when they're moving around in the rooms above. La Vela consists of two apartments: check in advance with host which rooms belong to which apartment. We recommend host, if possible, to separate the two apartments and pictures in booking to avoid confusion.

The location was just perfect and the atmosphere of the street (in the very center of the city) was nice.

The kitchen-livingroom is quite small and the TV offers only german and french channels so I could't understand anything but the rest of the apartment was wonderful.
