Daigo House

Daigo House was an amazing place. Calm, peaceful and welcoming. I had a great time.

Very cute and confortable house, the staff was super kind and helpful and cooked us a delicious breakfast

The breakfast very plentiful and delicious. The staff were very helpful with information about places to visit in the surrounding area. The location was close to the center of Daigo and near the Michi no Eki shop for souvenirs. It was also in the vicinity of the wonderful Fukuroda Waterfall. I was able to hike there and back. There is also a lovely old cafe in the middle of Daigo town called Daigo Cafe. All in all, I very much enjoyed my stay at Daigo House and would stay again if visiting the area again.

Honestly, there was nothing that I didn’t like. My stay was very enjoyable.

Room, common areas and shared toilets/showers were all very clean. Owner is very helpful and approachable. Room is tastefully furnished and spacious, with plenty of hangars and places to hang clothes. Washer and dryer very cheap. Located near Okukuji Roadside Station which is very popular and good for trying and buying local specialties.

Walls are thin, so if you're a light sleeper, take note.
