The host met us and helped us to get inside, even helped us with our luggage. Lovely beginning to our stay in Orvieto.

Shower is unusual and looked like it could be a great experience but it didn't exactly work the way it was supposed to. (We were told about this at check in)

La location, l’arredamento, la pulizia ed il confort in generale.

Non so se era scritto e mi era sfuggito o se non era nemmeno segnalato, ad ogni modo , il chiedere 20 euro per la presenza di uno yorkshire toy ( kg1,200!) mi é sembrato un accattonaggio che poteva essere evitato.

Tutto. Le travi in legno e il tetto in cotto a vista unitamente ai richiami in tufo dei muri danno una sensazione di "calore". Spazio enorme curato in ogni dettaglio. Mobilia e accessori nuovissimi. Aria condizionata e pala al soffitto. Ad un passo dal duomo e dal centro. Consigliatissimo.... anche per l'assistenza di Pasquale, prezioso e appassionato.

Orvieto is a beautiful hill town with a ton of history, being able to stay right in the heart of the old town is really nice. The host, Pasquale has rehabilitated this historic building to a very high standard. Beautiful exposed beams, custom furniture, drapery and lighting. Everything is within a very large open room, but at the same time it feels cozy. The place is well equipped.

I found entry very easy, but it does require downloading an app. I recommend doing that in advance as I did.

Host met me, and showed the unit, and visited a bit, to make sure he had answered my questions. Location was very good, and both the entryway and unit were very comfy and felt very welcoming. Orvieto, of course, is beautiful, and the hosts enthusiasm for the town was enjoyable. Recommend for a stay!

This was our second stay. The apartment is beautiful and conveniently located. Pasquale is an amazing host who provides many suggestions to make your time in Orvieto memorable.

The location and the quite street area.

No information in the property about how to manage the heat washer dryer stove shower ( only hand held worked) and trasportation like taxi info some . Maybe a bit on direction on where to get food for house and to eat out. Lucky my 89 yr mom was not travel alone as she has in the past she would if be lost. We had problems with lock to allow us into the first portion of the apartment. I am glad we had some numbers to get help with our early issues. We travel a ton and use apartments but was not as easy to get info from our apartment. We also never saw a person. No one check is in no one check us out.
