Very nice flat - great location. Everything in Orvieto is pretty much in walking distance so it was perfect. Clean and nicely furnished with everything you would need for a stay!

The large apartment is in a nicely renovated ancient building. The air conditioning worked well. The location was a short walk in either direction to the business/restaurant areas of town. Pasquale provided a restaurant recommendation that we liked very much and returned to a 2nd night. Also, the kitchen knife holder made me laugh regularly. You'll have to stay here to see it! It was very handy to have a washing machine and drying rack - no hand washing of laundry - yay!

We had trouble figuring out the shower. It's fully electronic and if your eyes have changed like mine, you won't be able to read the controls without your glasses. We got it to work after some mild cursing.

"Great place to stay."

The place is a piece of Art with all modern facilities. It's spacious and bright. To reach Duomo takes 5 min. The bathroom is great and the bed is very comfy. We definitely recommend the place, it's just wonderful!
