Super Hotel O Nettoor Near Lakeshore Hospital

Hotel Staff makes Excellent Food.

Wrong location. It is nowhere close to Lake shore hospital. It is located in NETOOR, hotel is also known as Shalom Palace (Previously,)

We had the very worst experience in this stay. Rude behaviour from the hotel person named Arun. He drunk and knocking on the door during night time. Continuously using Abusive words annoyed us for no reason.

The accomodation was not at all good for the price. 1. Finding the accomodation was really difficult as there was no proper name board for the accomodation. My family couldn't find the accomodation on the first day of travel. 2. The location given in the location map was false. 3. The second day when I arrived we have searched to find the accomodation for almost an hour and somehow found the accomodation. 4. We did the paper work and after seeing the room we decided not to stay because the room was not clean, it was smelling too bad from smoking, The bed was not comfortable and everthing seemed to off and unsafe. 5. We have been asking for a refund since then and the concerned people are not responding for almost a month. 6. Please do not select this accomodation if you have a choice. Thanks & Regards

I had booked a room at Hotel O Nettoor, but instead, I was accommodated at Shalom Palace (a service apartment). The air conditioning and fans were not working, and there was a musty smell as the room had not been properly cleaned. I would advise against booking here, as the experience was disappointing and far below expectations.

I didn’t stay there. I confirmed my arrival multiple times- a week before, two days before, the same day! And two hours before arrival they called to say that everything is booked. How is that make sense? When I called customer service they offered me other hotels which all had really bad reviews. Thankfully I was able to find a much better place.
