the address is near lekshore hospital but from the hospital you have to go again 5.5km

Horrible lie still asking for review ! I DİD NOT EVEN SEE THIS HOTEL! They called me just on train to Ernakulam that they cancelled my booking! Because i was with wheelchair, they told they arranged for me to stay at another disable friendly hotel. What a stress they caused and the hotel they sent me was terrible as well. So called 4 star Harbour View Hotel giving disabled room on 3rd floor, regular power cut,no electricity no elevator, hardly water coming from tap no hot water shower, ery weak unstable internet. Only staff trying to be helpful. Such a pitty it was.

Rooms are clean, tidy and suitable for family.

The way to hotel is very congested for cars. Parking is not available for car. I did parked outside.

Bathroom was cleaned and good, Hotel room was spacious, service was good, staff was good, Will Stay there again.

Rooms and bathrooms were very clean Overall a pleasant experience. Spacious rooms. Neat and clean bathroom. The staff was polite and friendly.

Nothing, unable to find the place. Terrible communication. I have put in a complaint to Booking.com

I paid half the partial amount for which I booked ( 250rs)prior to checkin. When I arrived the guy there had no idea they had my booking. He called the owner and told that they have stopped any association with Oyo booking as the half the prize I paid had gone to them and I can stay only if I pay rs 1000.Being a solo traveller in a rainy night I had no option but just to pay the extra 1000. Location is very interior , no one was there except me . They just keep booking .com for name sake and get extra money from people when somebody comes their way. Really cheating.
