The owners were some of the sweetest people we’d met in our travels. Helped out so much when my partner got injured and were extremely attentive and kind. The hotel itself was gorgeous, and I would highly highly recommend.

Nothing! Everything was perfect

Nice room and convenient location, but completely ruined by the staff's lack of manners and noisiness

The owner's of the hotel. They refused to take payment by card (so we had to give them cash which they will obviously not declare), slept in the room next to ours and would shout in the middle of the night, and the sound insulation was so bad that it woke us up. One night, they locked the door so that we were shut out, and another time accused us of having stolen their keys. The old couple treated us more like an inconvenience than paying guests, and we felt awkward coming back in the evenings, so we tried to come back without them seeing us. I do not understand how this place has such good reviews on booking, the hotel itself is nice but the staff completely ruined our stay. Would not recommend to anybody unfortunately.

The quiet location. It was a hot day when we arrived and the room was pleasantly cool without airconditioning. We could sit out on the terrace in the evening with a view of the mountains was.

The shower was slightly awkward to use. The toilet seat had come loose. It was rather a long walk to the nearest restaurant/shops

Location, castle, retreat, quiet, near historical location. Nice view, quite area, close to shops, restaurants

Somehow cold, in the middle of the winter, because we chose to go into another room then the one we were offered.
