Accoglienza pessima tutti scocciati senza un sorriso hammam praticamente inesistente piscina minuscola inutilizzabile perché posizionata dove c e il ristorante/ sala colazione quindi non la usa nessuno non ti dicono che quando esci devi rientrare entro le 01 e non ti danno le chiavi nemmeno se le chiedi ( io in vacanza non devo avere vincoli) e poi hanno sbagliato a digitare sul pos la cifra da pagare per la stanza e ho dovuto fare 2 transazioni a distanza di un giorno ( e quindi pagare le commissioni 2 volte) senza nemmeno una parola di scuse.A PREZZI INFERIORI C È MOLTO DI MEGLIO, ANDATE IN UN POSTO DOVE VI SENTITE OSPITI E NON UN PESO
