Unresponsive host, before, during and after arrival even though i used the supplied phone number. I just felt unwelcome throughout my stay. i was put in a corner behind a pilar for breakfast because i was alone but other tables not used during the entire breakfast. Had to sit on an uncomfortable high bar chair. Had agreed an early check in and was approved but not available on arrival, of the three parties arriving, I was actually helped last. I requested a massage for the next day as advertised in the room handbook. Was told by staff they would contact the owner later and they would let me know upon my return from the City as they also could not reach her. Upon return that night nothing was known by the caretaker. Only just before my departure the next day I was informed it was not available... Only thing the caretaker was interested in was handling the payment, which was annoying having to do that at night and in fairness should have been handled upon arrival as there was more than enough time to do so. Hot water takes an eternity to reach the shower. So long in fact that I was about to ask staff to check. Shower drain not working properly so had to stand in the cold water which had collected in the shower basin. Room has wooden panels that one can close, supposedly to keep the light out, but you can still hear everything as there is no glass.

Le petit déjeuner, c’était car y avait rien traditionnel, même un thé marocain il n’était pas disponible il m’a ramené un sachet de Lipton, franchement j’étais déçu !!

Ubicación , está a la entrada dela medina eso hace que no haya tanto jaleo.

Poca luz en el baño, WC goteaba, el aa no funcionaba, no había calefacción y hacia algo de frío, nos dejaron un radiador.

La atención

- no tiene calefacción solo un radiador eléctrico y hemos pasado frío en enero - la cama sobre era dos colchones de 90 juntos en una cama grande
