Unique apartment, heaps of space, great location

Lighting in the apartment wasn’t the best. We both fell down the stairs.

Awesome location and inspiring decor. It is quiet and spacious making it very suitable for creative work like writing and music production. The well equipped kitchen and laundry is a big plus!

Location location location! Close to everything, great coffee shops & restaurants on your doorstep. Huge funky apartment. Host very responsive.

I loved the big spacious apartment with floor to ceiling windows. I couldn't believe how big it actually was and yet still felt cozy and cool.

The church bells nearby.

Location was perfect. Loved staying in a unique and historical building.

keys collected from local store just around the corner - location was awesome - right in the city close to everything - trams 2 minute walk, close to shopping and cafes and in a very funky lane way with murals - apartment had so much character and was very comfortable with everything you could need - the views were amazing expecially from the roof top. Michelle was very helpful and friendly

a bit more privacy needed to the bathroom and a grab rail from the sunken bath - some sort of curtain needed on the steps however the bathroom was very nice, i especially loved the sunken bath . The metal hand railing could do with an upgrade on the rooftop.

We loved our week staying at Michelle's. The apartment offers the ultimate inner city Melbourne experience. Such a unique character filled space with well equipped kitchen, comfy bed, loads of interesting books and a bathroom like no other! We had great coffee from Brother Baba Budan cafe on the corner each morning before we set off on adventures. Despite the size of the apartment we found it warm on the couple of cooler days we had. Having the use of a washer and dryer was awesome. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Michelle's place.

Fantastic property, excellent location close to shopping, bars etc. I've put not applicable for the check in process because although there was a problem, it was resolved and it seems it was outside the control of the owner (although, being available to respond to our texts would have been much appreciated). There are a few flights of stairs, so maybe not suitable for some people. Loved the apartment and will definitely stay again!

This quirky, upbeat apartment was an amazing location for our weekend getaway. It is SO spacious, with multiple lounging areas, a huge bathtub, comfortable bedding/seating and such a homely, welcoming vibe. It was quiet and genuinely a beautiful space, we would love to stay here again in future.
