Awesome Location for enjoying Melbourne's downtown area, this was a really cool place to stay as well. Michelle is an excellent host, and her team are wonderful and friendly.

We loved the space and it worked well for our needs. One of us struggles with severe fatigue, so its central location was superb. Just a tram ride to everything. The rooms were gorgeous, and well appointed. I wont forget the bathroom in a hurry.

The room struggled to feel 100% comfortable with the humidity, but it got 90% there and you cant complain about that in a room that size. Also the stairs were prohibitive for most kinds of physical disabilities. Also, no parking but I hate city driving anyway.
