Villa Amity

Feedback only - there were 2 local car barriers to the complex with different nos. to call for barrier to lift (hunted on check in details for the 2nd no. due to cab not taking us to main one) - there was also a pin pad at barrier & would have been better to know the pin code for those to access the complex, as not everyone was able to get data/wifi outside - This did not spoil our holiday :-)

Soggiorno con luci e ombre. Il vero punto di forza della struttura è l'area esterna, con un bel giardino e la piscina. Tuttavia, l'esperienza complessiva è stata deludente a causa della scarsa manutenzione e della pulizia insufficiente

Al mio arrivo la casa non era pulita bene. Tutti gli asciugamani forniti erano macchiati e la lavatrice emanava un cattivo odore persistente. L'arredamento è usurato, con diversi pezzi rotti e il letto danneggiato. L'atmosfera generale era fredda e poco accogliente. Nonostante la piscina sia bella, l'illuminazione era carente (funzionava solo una luce interna). Un grande ringraziamento al responsabile George e allo staff Sono stati molto gentili e hanno sostituito immediatamente la biancheria macchiata dopo la mia segnalazione. La villa ha un grande potenziale, ma necessita di profondi interventi di manutenzione e una gestione della pulizia molto più rigorosa. Al momento non rispecchia il prezzo pagato.

Pobyt w willi oceniamy bardzo pozytywnie. Obiekt jest piękny, nowoczesny i bardzo komfortowy, a prywatny basen to ogromny atut, który zdecydowanie umilał wypoczynek. Przepiękny widok z tarasu gdzie można było zjeść śniadanie. Lokalizacja oraz standard wyposażenia spełniły nasze oczekiwania. Jedynym drobnym minusem było sprzątanie - mogłoby być nieco dokładniejsze. Mimo to całość wrażeń jest bardzo dobra i z czystym sumieniem możemy polecić to miejsce na wakacyjny wyjazd.

Everything was very nice..the property was amazing..facilities..location..spacious..very well set up

It could be cleaned a bit deeper!..the villa was clean but still some things could have been done better...mainly the pool!

Villa Amity offers all that you need. Perfect location, clean, spacious. We 100% recommend it to families and not only.

Very beautiful villa with a nice pool. The location is great. The kitchen was good equipped.

The bed in the main bedroom is very noisy and the house itself it’s not quiet. No problem if you are not sensitive.

The Villa is fantastic. It has a very large living room with kitchen annex cooker, microwave, Tassimo coffee express. There is a round glass table big enough for 6 people to sit and eat together. There is also a TV which was convenient for kids to watch Netflix (we had our own login). There is a large table outside with lots of chairs and some sunbeds and also a corner with extra furniture with sunshade a on the synthetic grass. On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms. One of them has its own narrow bathroom (shower, toilet, sink). THere is another big bathroom (with large bath) accessible from the corridor. You can cut the access between stairs and bathroom from the bedrooms with a rolled barrier (kids safety).

Just some really minor obstacles we faced: the ceramic plate tend to overheat when we were making pancakes; the vacuum that was supplied had a really low suckin; there are several electrical appliances (hairdryers, night lamps) that have european plugs, that do not fit into local sockets. We were supplied with 3 adapters, but 1 of them was broken and we in general had to switch them all the time around the villa (even despite having 2 of our own). The villa is in an area of brand new other villas, and some of them are still being constructed, hence some extra noise was there in the morning, however that guaranteed almost no noise in the afternoons, evening, and throughout the whole weekend.
