O ponto negativo da estadia foi o colchão, excessivamente macio, o que comprometeu meu descanso e o uso adequado da acomodação. Relatei o problema durante a hospedagem, mas não houve solução prática. Fora isso, a comunicação ocorreu, porém esse item impactou diretamente minha experiência.

Localização excelente para quem vai no centro de convenções Frei Caneca.

O quarto estava sujo e o banheiro usado. As instalações precisam de manutenção e o check in é demorado e burocrático

Muito seguro Staff muito prestavel Academia muito completa. Roof-top agradável. Nós tivemos uma avaria no quarto e eles foram muito rapidos e prestáveis. Comunicação muito facil e rapida. Apartamento completo muito agradável com varanda. A area tambem é muito boa, tem super 24hr mesmo do lado. Shopping do lado. Perto da avenida Paulista.
