Localização, segurança.

O prédio ficou sem água por mais de 12 e quando voltou, só tinha água gelada. Estava muito frio e só foi normalizar mais de 24 horas depois.

Localização excelente, passos do Frei Caneca. O check-in com reconhecimento facial feito pelo whatsapp foi maravilhoso, chegar de viagem cansada e encontrar tudo pronto é um verdadeiro luxo nos tempos atuais.

O espaço é pequeno, mas beem estruturado. Tem tudo que precisa pra uns dias de hospedagem. Tudo funciona muito bem. O estacionamento é pago, mas é no próprio edifício, então facilita muito e os manobrista foram super solicitos.

Eu achei o colchão muito mole, mas isso é gosto pessoal.

Localização

Perrengue para abrir e fechar a porta. A diária abrange 20hs. ABSURDO. Vc entra às 15h e sai às 11h. Não podem justificar 4hs de horário para limpeza, o quarto é minúsculo.
