The location of the property is excellent. Only 2 mins walk from the Metro Terminal Station. It is also located near to all major attractions and main bus route. The host Ms Saule is an excellent English speaking host and prompt is replying. The property needs some renovation interms of decoration , which i am sure she will take on board and will get done soon.

Interior work, Kitchen Appliances and Utenciles: Missing some good quality interior work, good quality and clean kitchen appliances and utenciles, regular cleaning refill of toiletarie for longer stays, water purifier, basic groceries etc.

The Apartment is neat and accessible . The Building has a supermarket at close by restaurants and subway station. Saule, the host was very accommodating and is always available when we need help with directions and booking our transfers.

Only few things need to be improved. Like sleepers and enough toilet paper for a 5 nights stay.

"Perfect place to stay at Almaty"

Perfect place to stay at Almaty Just next to Metro Station by walking 3 minutes, 2 minute goes to bus station. Near to cheap restaurant to take breakfast, lunch even dinner. Near to 24 hr mini market, only go to down stair. Saule is Very nice Host, she can speak english and guide you. Very clean room with complete equipment (washing machine, hairdryer, iron, tv, AC, king bed, heater, etc) Very nice view from the room. I am fully recommend to stay here. Greetings from Indonesia.
