"Superb"

Reasonable price, nice location, warm and all necessary things are offered

The floor was dirty, as we made few steps our socks were litteraly “black” of the dust.

"Wonderful place to stay in Almaty"

Very nice apartment , and Saule was very kind and helpful. In fact we were in different apartment, not this one from the pictures. Ours was much better and we were so happy to stay there. Highly recommend! Thank you, Saule!

"Would definatelly stay again"

Very convenient appartments, we were 3 adults. Sleeping sofa was really huge Good location, It is near the metro station,

Missed TV ;) No toilet paper and kitchen towels, but not a big problem if you arrive and shops are still open

"Perfectly located apartment"

- close to the metro - good new building with shop, pharmacy and cafe close to it - close to the bus stop going to the airport - clean - washing machine and powder available - owner was able to very quickly prepare the room and accommodate us even when we booked the apartment at 8pm the same day

- sofa was a bit damaged - no A/C in the bedroom. We had to take the mattress into the main room and sleep there

"Much better than I expected."

New, clean, good location, owner is flexible and very kind. I would like to stay this apartment next time. Close to subway station, convenient to go to center of Almaty. Supermarket is located just 5min. walk, and very big 24/7 supermarket is just 10 min. away. Beautiful mountain view.

"A clean apartment in the center though too expensive and with the lack of assistance"

The location in the center. New and clean apartment with new furniture. Nice view from the window over the mountains.

The house is new and there is still renovation here so be prepared for the dirty shoes to get to the entrance, loud noises outside as there are houses nearby that are still being built. You should also be prepared to pay a deposit. Even though we had a nice and big kitchen, we could not use it properly as there was no kitchen equipment to prepare or even warm up food. We could only wash the food and keep it in a fridge. The host couldn't find some pan or anything like that for us, and we didn't want to buy it with our own money just for 4 nights. There was only one toilet paper for 2 adults for 4 days, the host said we should also buy it on our own (which I don't think is ok when you pay for an apartment daily).
