The position of the apartment, walking distance from the historical places.

we booked 1 apartment, we received confirmation of it plus confirmation of check in time. When we arrived to the address of the property, we called the owner and he proposed us 2 other apartments, because the one we booked was not available. Since we booked this apartment with garden view, due to the location, we insisted to have an apartment close by to be able to walk around in the city. The owner kept saying that other apartments were "better" than the one we picked, insisting to change apartment or to cancel and get refund. Finally he proposed 1 that was near, we accepted because it was hot, late and we were very tired. He was not kind at all with us, and in a very cold way he guided us to find the keys and the apartment. The apartment was stinking of cigarettes smoke... unbearable. The bed was small, not double at all... and the room was hot, because the AC is only in the living room. We did not walk away just because we did not have other options...stay away from this guy! Not transparent at all!!!

Exellent place

The guy who hosts this place is helpful and friendly. Communication works well. The place has everything you would need. There is a bathroom and even a kitchen if you like to cook. Everything was clean and my stay was very pleasant. Extra mention for the location which is excellent.

I have nothing to complain about.

Close to the center, has parking space. Cleanliness was so and so. Not great, not terrible. Bed was comfortable - and the bed sheets looked clean.

The apartment is within the outer limits of the old city, but it's in a pretty shady looking area. We felt a bit uneasy on arrival. Getting the keys was ultimately easy, but communication with the host could only be done through whatsapp video call, and it took some time. Partly this is on us for arriving on a short notice. Host did not at all reply to messages within the booking app. We had to ask a local for a phone to call him - since our phones did not work there. The location provided was not entirely accurate, and we had to look around a bit to find the apartment. The place is very humid, but it does have an AC unit which can help with it a bit.

The location on the center is very good

It must be written somewhere that when you travel in group the other studio is in Kichuk Paris whisch is like 5km away from the apartment on the center.
