Check in is from 12, yet he wouldn't let us check in until after 1pm. At 12.50 he told me to ring him 1 hour before arriving. I was already there! The flat smells really bad of cigarette smoke, the walls are yellow and there is an ashtray, yet it says NO SMOKING room!! All our belongings smelled of stale cigarettes There are no real curtains in the bedroom, so at night if you have the light on people can see in, and its really bright on a morning. There are no dinner plates, no teaspoons, no knives to eat with, only a spoon and fork. no coffee cups and no cooking utensils. There isn't a coffee machine or a kettle. Only 1 frying pan and 1 saucepan, so if you want somewhere to cook, this isn't the place. The oven hasn't been cleaned for a long time. I asked for coffee cups and spoons, he didn't bring them. We ended up drinking coffee from whisky glasses. We were left 1 single duvet and 1 blanket on a king-size bed for 2 people. We had to search through cupboards for extra bedding. Which I finally found. The place is really dirty. The walls are stained yellow with nicotine. Inside the kitchen cupboards are greasy. It needs a REALLY good clean. It may be the cheapest place in Plovdiv but it's worth spending more money and staying somewhere nicer. Also WiFi is very temperamental

Good value for money, great location.

The host was really nice and helpful, he greeted us warmly and gave us valuable advice where we can eat and park our car. The location is exceptional and we parked for free on the street.

Apartment was nice and cousy and the location was perfect only 15min from the city center, old town and the bus station. Great bargain for the money

simple and comfy apartment. for 1-2 nights ok. wouldn’t stay longer. good price value, good location.

there was no wi-fi, the host had strange explanations and gave us a non existent wi-fi info.
