"Exceptional"

The property is beautiful! Helen was very accommodating to our schedule attending a wedding nearby. The bed was comfy, everything was exceptionally clean and we really enjoyed watching all the chickens roaming freely. This is a great place for a quiet and relaxing getaway!

beautiful accommodation in a super quiet location, good choice of breakfast was left in kitchen area including special dietary requirement as requested.

Convenient location for the vegan camp out festival ! Nice comfy bed We were assigned a room on the road , which was very noisy but the receptionist was very kind and switched it for us

Hedges House is just perfect! It is in a beautiful location and offers everything you could need for a relaxing stay. Helen pays so much attention to detail and we were provided with a fridge full of items for breakfast. The hosts showed us so much kindness and truly went above and beyond! We would thoroughly recommend this place if you are visiting Padbury/Buckingham.

For anyone seeking a peaceful and very clean self-catering location in this area, this is a great location. The owner is very helpful and made sure we had supplies of good food for breakfast. The view from the apartment is lovely and there is plenty of opportunity for walks in the surrounding countryside.

"Fabulous, peaceful and comfortable"

Perfect for 2 couples, with 2 ensuite bedrooms plus a sitting area and kitchenette sharing a private entrance. Lovely surroundings and very helpful, friendly hosts. Good continental breakfast left out for us.
