Hedges House

Absolutely love this place! Helen was super accomodating and a very timely communicator. Very thoughtful and beautifully decorated place, and the breakfast selection is a really nice touch. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We didn't find the entrance door straight away but Helen popped out to point is in the right direction.

The room/apartment was simply lovely. Clean, well equipped and modern. Hedges House is located in the middle of fields and the views are just wonderful. A really quiet and relaxing place to stay. I really want to go back soon and soak in the relaxing ambience.

Would highly recommend. Hedges House is pristine and in the most beautiful surroundings! Everything looks brand new, it’s cosy, super clean and extremely peaceful!

Wow, what a find. I have to say I was a little apprehensive driving up the drive in the dark, but I was met with a gorgeous space, cosy and welcoming. Parking was easy next to the rooms, and I walked around the corner to find a shared kitchen space and lots of goodies for breakfast. The kitchen living space overlooks a garden and the kitchen window looks across the fields, a great view in the morning. The other room wasn't occupied. My room was gorgeous warm and offered water by the bed. A built in wardrobe offered storage space. Gorgeous clean bathroom with amazing shower and lush toiletries. Comfy bed, easy access to wifi. A map on the wall for those who want a walk around the area. Breakfast goodies were varied, and Helen is a lovely host who checked on dietary and anything else needed in the run up to my stay.

For light sleepers the heating system came on early and may disturb you, but I went back to sleep quite easily. Otherwise this was a wonderful stay, nothing to complain about.
