Nothing.

Everything. Had no quilt, only 1 pillow. I slept with a sheet. It hasn't been cleaned for a long time. No toilet roll , absolute rip off. We booked the week stayed 1 night then didnt go back!

Nice location easy to find and shops around.

It was freezing and the heaters didn’t work and didn’t look how it did in the pictures.

Checking in process was easy and host was helpful

Initially the room we had to stay wasn’t cleaned (used towels and bedsheet) so we had to stay in the apartment next door, this one had no working bathroom light, only had one plate, the couch and floor were visibly dirty. then had to move all our things the next day and while this room had been cleaned we weren’t completely sure the bedsheets were new, the couch again was visibly dusty and a lot of the utensils had permanent stains so we were not comfortable using it. there was also no shower gel, soap or handgel, the heating also did not work which was stated as an amenity along with others.
