Location near ghat is good. Staff is good helping people . Rooms are clean . Rates are reasonable.

Hot water geyser is not working. Approach road is very narrow you can reach by walking about 300 meter

Excellent courteous staff

Entrance, size of the rooms, lack of common space/lounge other than the roof. Was contacted earlier to pay the amount rather than on arrival despite credit card being verified.

The hotel is good, has good facilities and spacious room. It has a rooftop open cafe overlooking the ghat which is a good addition and has a nice vibe to it. Food is okay as well.

Even the location is great per se, the approach to the location is not that great. No car parking available. And the access to the hotel is through small lanes with no access for cars. Although the distance is not too much to the hotel, however, it may be a long stretch for those who have difficulty in walking.
