Glamping Organic Farm Slibar

We really enjoyed our stay. The hosts are very welcoming. The cabins and the overall setting is very pleasant. As was indicated at the time of booking, the bathroom is a few metres away from the cabin itself, thankfully it was not cold when we visited so we had no issue. It is well located: very close to Ljubljana and of course Bled and some other parts of the triglav national park. Our children loved it even more than us! They loved the farm animals, the play area and making new friends. The breakfast was very good too.

Perfect get away from city hustle and bustle.

Beautiful and peaceful. Fun to walk around and see the animals.

It would have been nice to have a breakfast option

The Slibar family are friendly hosts. There is a shop on site where the family sells fresh produce and other goods. Most things, if not everything, in the shop are grown/made at the farm and are top quality. The farm itself is lively and charming. The location is great, there's a basketball court next to the property where I played basketball with some locals. There are plenty of hiking trails nearby of varying difficulties, all featuring amazing views. My cabin had good wi-fi (around 100mbps), a/c, hot water, good water pressure in the shower, washing machine, well-stocked kitchen, etc.

There really isn't much. It is not super easy to get to from LJU airport via public transport so I had to rent a car. Then again, the location is also part of the appeal.

Delicious breakfast with home-made produce from the farm. Monica and family really looked after us well including serving us early breakfast before our flight. Our 5 year old loved the animals including feeding the chickens. We enjoyed cooking outside our cabin using produce from the farm.

Great place to get away for a few days. Camping with 50 % less hassle of tent. Air conditioning was a great luxury to have.

It is glamping, one must accept limitations. It would be great to have a sink to wash dishes to avoid need walking a long distance. It is okay for 2 or 3 days to wash after cooking at long distance but after a week, it might get very tiring. This is not a negative but a limitation.

It was unique natural experience. Everything is organic including very good beer. The breakfast was amazing and Slibar are hard workers.

It is great that animals have free range, but there is chance the organic poop is on the ground, but I know its part of the farm.

We loved everything about our stay here. It's a beautiful place, and the location is perfect. The owners are super nice and helpful! We couldn't have chosen better accommodation to enjoy the fresh air and mountains of the Slovenian Alps. We couldn't recommend it more.
