"Great locations for the lake, short drive into town, and really nice and quiet."

Well appointed clean room, access to a good hot tub only shared with one other room, nice a quiet, friendly host, access to washing machines and great locations for the lake.

Room was a touch small, but for two people it's fine.

Quiet and comfortable. The firepit was perfect on a chilly fall evening.

"Elite country stay with powerful water feature and spa set-up"

Breakfast was delicious and nutritious. Spa pool and water features were highly elite. Great country surroundings - would stay for longer next time. Mini-bar was a fun treat.

No much at all to complain about really. To be nitpicky the mini-bar could have had a few more beer options but this is really minor! Also a light by the gate entrance could've helped. All very minor.

Lovely apartment well kitted out with excellent breakfast. Comfortable bed and great night's sleep due to quiet location. Easy access to Hobbiton.
