Labai patogi vieta, visi traukos objektai pasiekiami pėstute.

Labai nešvaru, viskas nutriušę. Jau kad reikia remonto tiek to, bet kad paprasčiausiai trūksta higienos. Kampuose voratinkliai, vandens čiaupai nueję kalkėmis. Visa laimė, kad nors patalynė švari, nors prie tokios aplinkos labai nejauku miegoti. Na ir žinoma Tualete neturėjom šviesos 🙂 parkingas yra, bet vietos ne, teko glaustis kitur.

Хорошее месторасположение. Соотношение цена-качество. Чёткие инструкции, быстрое и простое заселение. Есть возможность парковки автомобиля.

Apart from location — nothing.

Mold. Mold. Again mold. The mold is all over the bathroom. The entire apartment complex isn’t up to code. Every single crevice of the bathroom was covered in mold. Completely not acceptable. The actual shower cabin has still water in it. As in there’s always 1-2 cm of water in the bottom. I was scared that somebody broke in and took a shower. There was a live plant in the room, an orchid. It was completely infested with little bugs. They would fly over to the bathroom and the bed. The floors were dirty. The entire room was decaying. The mini fridge kept making noise during the night and was right next to the bed. The WiFi didn’t work at all. Honor system with the key and who gets which room. Only one lightbulb in the hallway. Scary at night. The locking mechanism on the door was very weak. Anybody could break in with minimal force. Needs an additional internal latch.
