Buvo užsakytas kambarys 2 žmonėms su išėjimu į terasą ir vidinį kiemą. Teko 2 kartus skambinti administracijai dėl iškilusių klausimų, nes į pranešimus raštu per bookingo platformą, nebuvo reaguota. Patekimo į patalpą kodas buvo atsiųstas tik dar kartą priminus skambučiu. Atvykus į kambarį buvo pastebėtas akivaizdus neatitikimas lyginant su pateiktomis nuotraukomis. Kambarys buvo be terasos, stebino nešvara, visą naktį varvantis vanduo tualete, patalpoje nebuvo šildomo gyvatuko, tad rankšluosčiai visada buvo šlapi. Televizorius rodė tik 3 kanalus ne lietuvių kalba. Nebuvo ir šiltesnių lovatiesių, miegoti buvo gana vėsu...

Close to the city center. Everything is in the room.

a shared key to open the gate to the parking lot, which led to a situation where one of the guests collected the key. I was forced to call the owner (I didn't get an answer, and no one called back later) and knock on all the doors in the rooms because I had to leave. There is no place to leave the car and run after the key to initially enter the parking lot. If you sleep with open window it's very loudly outside due to car drive.

It was confusing to enter the premises and find keys without stuff being on the site.
