"A fost un concediu de vis."

Am fost foarte multumiti, am avut parte de un concediu reusit, relaxant, mic dejun foarte diversificat, personal foarte cald si in primul rand profesionisti, mereu binevoitori, foarte curat, am avut parte de un sejur de care nu a mai avut parte de multa vreme, vom reveni cu drag .

Curatenie, caldura, mic dejun foarte bogat.

Personalul de la Spa arogant si total neprietenos, in sensul ca atunci cand am solicitat prosoape si a aflat ca suntem cazati la Hotel Covasna, a solicitat cardul si chitanta, asupra acestui lucru nefiind informati de la receptie. A trebuit sa fac cale intoarsa sa i aduc chitanta.Am rugat o pe doamna sa sune la receptie sa i se confirme ca am achitat, insa doamna de la Spa a refuzat, motivand ca nu functioneaza telefonul. Apa de la piscina putin cam rece.
