"Pool is not included in the reservation"

The stuff is very friendly

The pool is from the near hotel and those guests have priority. When we arrived we were told we can not use the pool since it is way too busy (with people from the other hotel) U cant make a reservation to the pool either and it is extra cost. This is not mentioned anywhere!
