Capitol Executive Apartment on London Circuit

Clean comfortable good location

The apartment is really gorgeous with lovely and comfortable furnishings. The kitchen is well equipped and laundry powder available as well as shampoo, conditioner and soap in the shower.

The construction noise out the front woke me up on the week day. There’s a night club near by so on the Saturday night I was kept away by noise from the patrons leaving or just congregating on the ground floor. Not a deal breaker but just a touch annoying.

Clean and great location

The location for our needs, the comfort and attractive decor and kitchen equipment, the view, the verandah, the double glazing and underground parking.

We drove to the address and were unaware of the road works on London Circuit so found it difficult to assess the building. When we found access was via Hobart Place, all went well.

Wendy is a fantastic host. Waited in the cold to hand over the keys. Apartment has absolutely everything in it.

Excellent location! Pity about the road works, but once completed it will make the location even more accessible than it is.

Very clean and comfortable. Lovely warm air conditioning. Convenience store located via the back door and across the street.

The shower in the bathroom easily spilled over into the floor.
