Capitol Executive Apartment on London Circuit

Spacious and Well-Appointed: The apartment is generously sized, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, and a comfortable living area. Excellent Location: Situated in the city center, it's within walking distance of key attractions like the Canberra Centre and the National Convention Centre. Amenities: Guests have access to facilities such as a fitness center, sauna, and steam room, which enhance the overall experience. Balcony: The apartment includes a good-sized balcony, which would be perfect to enjoy in warmer weather. Unfortunately, it was a bit cold during our stay to take advantage of it. Private Garage: The property includes a private garage, which added convenience and peace of mind during our stay. The apartment featured a dishwasher, washing machine, and clothes dryer, which were particularly convenient for an extended stay.

Luggage Storage: The apartment lacks luggage racks, which would help guests better organize their belongings. Bathroom Convenience: There was no hand towel ring or rack near the sink, and the lighting in the bathroom was quite poor, making it difficult for tasks like shaving or applying makeup.

Well-appointed in a central location with plenty of dining options nearby. It was a little complicated to check in on the weekend, but the owners were very accommodating.

Roadworks on London Court.. Curtains were hard to close in the living area. All 4 pillows were too thick - it would be good to have had 2 thin and 2 thick pillows.

Very comfortable, spacious, and bright apartment with lovely outlook. Location is great - easy walking distance to city, Lonsdale St and lake. Good communication. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

A spare toilet paper roll would be great. There was some loud noise in front of the apartment late on Saturday night but its a city location and not the fault of the apartment owner.

The location was the best possible for eateries, public transport, and city nightlife. The high-rise building was secure. Our unit was accessible by a lift and situated on the seventh floor. It was nice and warm and very quiet. A modern, fully equipped, kitchen is suitable for all forms of cooking. The separate bedroom ensured a good night's sleep on a comfortable bed and the lounge are met our every need. Host sent accurate details of the parking arrangements and key pick-up. She also gave her phone number and was contactable throughout.

We liked it all.

Good location for my purposes

Very noisy because of tram line construction. The parking basement needs signage to indicate where the lifts are.

Good location and instructions were spot on.

The bedroom had a stale smell probably from unwashed bedsheets or pillows. I had to actually message and call multiple time for an invoice. They actually told me they do not give an invoice. What a waste of time.

Apartment was in a great location

It was a shame that road works were happening on London Circuit outside the entrance

The curtains need replacing with heavier block out styles!
