Oak Alyn Hotel

Very clean very friendly helpful staff. Great location and parking. Breakfast was nice but feel its lacking the option for some of the extras on a breakfast and choice of fresh fruit and yogurt would be nice. Shower didnt work and was to late at night to ask for assistance and as the breakfast is on for such a short period didnt have time to get it looked at befor breakfast then was check out time Over all a nice place to stay very clean and would book again

Exceptional stay with complementary breakfast

Lovely stay here and only wish we could have stayed longer. Personal and unobtrusive attention to everything we needed. Great central location , lovely comfortable room and bed and superb breakfast. Good value and we'd love to visit again soon.

Stairs slightly difficult with heavy luggage but not a great issue

Very good location close to the wonderful Llandudno north beach shore. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is ok. Wifi is very strong.

Rather old establishment. No elevator. We had a family room for 4 that was a bit on the small side. Walls in the room were a bit shaggy.

Stay was amazing, very comfortable and a great location for the beach and shops. Breakfast is included and they are very accommodating with allergies. The staff were very kind and would sort out anything you needed. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

We didn't ask but bus times to get to the west side would have been a nice addition to the rooms useful activity list.

Everything - really friendly hosts, great spacious room, delicious breakfast and incredible value for money. Ideal location that’s quiet but a very short walk to the beach and shops.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was ok, 10 min walk to seafront. Breakfast was good. Facilities in room were good. Very accommodating letting us leave our bags to collect later after check out.

My elderly parents struggled with the stairs.
