Breakfast was lovely. Perfectly located in the middle of both beaches, which are within walking distance. Owners and staff were extremely polite and very welcoming. Other guests were also very nice. It was my first time travelling alone and they made the whole experience more enjoyable and homely. Will definitely be staying here again

Very welcoming, we were immediately greeted and allocated our room. Pleasantly surprised to find out that breakfast was included, and absolutely lovely. You can tell a lot of heart goes into making this a welcoming place to stay. Also relieved to discover very handy USB chargers built into the overbed lamps. We loved the room with the comfy chairs in the window and lots of storage. the location was just a short stroll from the pier and lots of restaurants. the hotel also had a small bar which we didn't use as I was with my daughter, but it seemed a warm and cosy place that people were enjoying.

only because you've asked, the bathroom was due a refit. it was clean and perfectly adequate but the panelling was a 90s throwback. the upstairs areas were also dated but brought back very pleasant memories of childhood holidays. I would not let this put us off coming back it was lovely.

It wasn’t right on the front so was quieter as it was out of the way which was perfect. Near lots of shops and places to eat. Had parking availability which saved looking for spaces. The breakfast was included as part of the price and it was lovely. A full English breakfast with toast along with tea, coffee, orange juice. Also a choice of cereals. Owner and waitress were lovely and friendly. Made me feel very welcome. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed. Whilst here after booking in for one night I actually extended my stay to two nights as I was very happy staying here. I will 100% come back here!

A middle range hotel run by an enthusiastic team. We would book again.
