Oak Alyn Hotel

Just what I needed , very quiet, sleep all night after a long day , clean room and guy was friendly

Parking was handy

Clearly hear the tv from the next room, stated that toiletries were provided but they weren’t, mould in shower room, dust balls under radiator in shower room. Worst of all tried to charge £10 to post a plastic plug back to me after I left it at the hotel-must have been sending it in a taxi. Edited In response to the owners comment, sometimes people forget things we are only human just like you forgot to provide advertised toiletries, the attitude shown by yourself has been disgusting. Moral of the story is if you value your customers and their repeat custom treat them accordingly. Score dropped due to poor attitude.

good location, comfortable beds, reasonable sized room, well cooked breakfast, friendly service, easy parking. I would happily stay again if in the area.

The steps just inside the bedroom door (probably can't be helped) the taps on the wash basin are off-putting (they work but look dated and neglected) I think the place is a perfectly nice B&B but should not really be called an 'hotel'

location was excellent, free parking always a bonus . breakfast was excellent. Overall hotel had a welcoming friendly feel.

bathroom. was a little tired but clean, landing light outside room very poor.

Absolutely spotless , breakfast was fantastic. Definitely stay again Parking space outside.
