Helpful,friendly staff/owners. Grandchildren loved the comfortable beds and excellent breakfast. Free Wi-Fi and smart tv a bonus. Free parking at hotel a godsend.

The breakfast was very good and served by a pleasant smiling waitress. Both the staff and other residents were very welcoming. The room and facilities suited my needs, I'd book again if required.

Great location close to all amenities yet far away not to be disturbed by noise. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast. Really good to have parking on hotel site where cars did not have to be moved about if you wanted out.

Bed was uncomfortable but the worst thing was the constant noise from above . You could hear everything shower , talking , tv , phone buzzing. The floor creaking when the guests walked round was so awfu.l We hardly slept so missed breakfast which was served between 8.15 -9 . What a waste of money , we then had to go and fork out for breakfast somewhere else.
