Terrible experience: room not matching the information and pictures on Booking at all, the hotel needs serious renovation to match the description. I had the bathroom with probably some broken pipe, causing a constant bad smelling water flow on the bathroom's floor, 24h. I've been sworn many times I would have a new room or the repair done shortly to solve the problem, but in the end the problem was never solved. Worst, I laid the towel on the bathroom's floor to dry some sh*t, so they refused to give me another one to take a shower and actually asked me to pay for it (of course an exaggeration.vAll caused by the zero professionalism and explicit laziness of an embarrassing staff (staff... do 2 people make a team?) not doing much more than yelling continuously, no matter day or night, and knocking at my door more times a day for almost no (real) reason than bothering me. Would have more to say but I think that's enough, stay away from here!

We accidentally left our mobile charger in the hotel room and called to inquire about it. The hotel informed us they couldn't find it, which leads us to believe it may have been stolen by the staff.

This was by far the worst experience. The hotel is old and dirty and looks nothing like the pictures anymore. There were stains, holes, broken electronics and mold. There were no sheets on the bed other than some questionable fleece blankets we got from the front desk. Do not go here. We left after 1 night instead of the 4 we booked.
