HOTEL MEDELLIN CENTRAL

Food was brought to you every morning.

It seemed to be in an unsafe area.

El hotel está SUPER UBICADO, las instalaciones son tal y como las fotos, habitaciones cómodas, se nota que lo remodelaron y quedó agradable el diseño. Te suben a la habitación un desayuno de cortesía, que se agradece la atención. El wifi bien en general. Tiene muchas cosas para ser un hotel bien recomendado, pero, la terminal de pago no funcionó y sufrimos para pagar con moneda local, dos días no hubo agua caliente y fue una mala experiencia que nos hizo buscar otro hotel. Le pediría al dueño que se comprometa con su negocio, capacite al personal en atención al cliente, solución de conflictos y de mantenimiento preventivo. Muy lindo hotel para dejarlo caer.

When I arrived at 2 am, there was a sofa in front of the front desk, where I saw 4 people resting on top of each other, and it made me very uncomfortable.I don’t think this is the kind of hotel for tourist, nobody there can speak English. Also the room I had had electric fans and it was so hot. No water in the morning.

Well go be honest...nothing..I really didn't like nothing

Basically everything. We booked two bed room without outside windows and with AC but we got dirty room, with dirty sheets with fan so loud you could not get to sleep. There was a lots of mold in the bathroom, the drain was blocked, so the first bath in the morning was a disaster and flooded the bathrom. The noise from the street made us be awake most of the night. It basicaly ruined our first night and first day in Medellin. Eventually we managed to get a new cleaner room, with AC. But that would not happen if we haven't meet randomly some sweet girl from Portugal, she knew to speak Spanish and helped us as translator. Breakfast was terrible, there was no dining area but you have to take it inside your room, it is served in plastic plates and plastic glasses. You either get coffe or juice, there can't be booth 🥲. Btw every taxi driver told us that the area was unsafe and suggested us to move to another place I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DISASTER TO ANYONE. AVOID THIS DISASTER SO CALLED "HOTEL".
