They charged electricity extra. Which was not even written during the time of booking.

Every thing. Cleaning, Electricity, Staff not available. Even charging for electricity.

Complementary water bottle and snack were given on the first day , though no repeat water bottle is given irrespective of whether you stay for one day or more. The bed was clean though cot kept on making sounds. No problem with EB or wifi. Cabs were available and location is good enough

GST Charged but no GST bill given till now. You need to be extra careful on the electronic items like water geyser. The switches do not work and hence if you do not remove the plug you will end up paying big bill. The staff will keep promising they will come and check but they won't. The latches on the door are removed so you cannot lock the main door from inside except with a key which can be opened with a duplicate key. They do not clean the room even for staying for four days. The bathroom had one ventilator open and from where the cold mist was coming in and also it intruded privacy.The bed was all making sound.

A spacious place for a short stay in Delhi.

The interior is quite terrifying but it probably applies to the majority of properties in Delhi. They have different apartments, windows and balconies of some of them do not face any street or anything, just walls.

The place is very well maintained and spacious. Well suited if you're a large group of friends or family. The apartment has all basic facilities.

The locality might seem a little unsafe if you are new to that part of the city, but its completely safe.
